Encelia farinosa

Encelia farinosa

Encelia farinosa, or Incienso, is an inland almost constantly. Native to southern California's deserts, one can see it growing in Mojave. The blue-gray leaves really make the bright yellow flowers pop out. Once established, it doesn't need water.
